You don’t have enough credit, but it is very important that you make a call as soon as possible? The service Call me gives you the certainty that you will always be able to communicate, even when your prepaid account is empty.

How to send a request?

Call the customer and after listening to the voice message, press 1 to send a request for that customer to call you.
The customer that you called will receive an SMS message with the content: “I have insufficient credit on my account, please Call me.”
Whenever you top up a voucher of any value, you can send 3 requests to your close friends and relatives.
The service is active by default for all prepaid customers who have insufficient funds to make a call.
The service is available only for calls to customers of the mobile network of Makedonski Telekom.
The service is not available in roaming.
