Activate the Internet Balkan package via the Telekom MK application, travel and be connected at all times and get ready for a summer full of many moments worth sharing. The package activation is only possible via the Telekom MK application.

Once the traffic included in the package is spent, the internet access will be blocked and you will be completely protected against unplanned costs in the period of 30 days as of the activation.

Abroad, the package activation will be charged at regular roaming prices.

Important! The Internet Balkan packages are only valid if you are connected to the network of the foreign mobile operators stated in the tables. E.g. :If you are in Greece, you should be connected to the mobile network of the Greek operator Cosmote in order to be able to use the Internet Balkan internet package; otherwise, internet in roaming is blocked.

By activation via a free of charge call at 142 099 from Macedonia

If you want to activate Internet World free of charge via a call, you can do it until you cross the Macedonian border or, while you are still at one of our airports. The activation via a call while abroad will be charged at the regular price.
During the activation via a call, follow the instructions from the IVR. Call 142099 and then select the package you want to use (Internet World 1 and Internet World 2). Free of charge activation from abroad at *140#

In case you are already abroad, you can activate Internet World free of charge from there as well, via My Menu. All you have to do is dial *140# and select the package you want to use. The activation via this channel is free of charge, both from Macedonia and abroad.

Via the Telekom MK application

The package activation via the Telekom MK application, while abroad, will be charged at the regular price.

Important note:
The validity of the internet package starts from the moment of activation!

In order to completely use the selected package, activate it immediately before your travel while you are still in the country (free of charge via all channels: call and My Menu) or, while abroad (free of charge via My Menu).

Then, before connecting to a foreign network, you must turn on the “data roaming on” option and you are ready for worry free surfing abroad!
