- The insurance policy for equipment applies to all existing and new post paid users with or without a Loyalty Contract
- The terms and conditions and the characteristics of the product are defined by the insurance company, whereas the payment will be effectuated in monthly instalments on your telephone bill.
- The insurance policy is valid for new electronic devices purchased from T-Mobile Macedonia.
- In the event of termination of the contract with T-Mobile Macedonia in the course of the first year of the insurance policy, the users who pay in instalments will be required to pay all outstanding monthly instalments until the expiry of the first year, upon which they shall be entitled to seek damage compensation for the device, until the end of the first year of insurance of the device.
